Yasmine is the Associate Director of Strategic Engagement at the American Flood Coalition, where she develops partnerships and outreach strategies and supports other strategic efforts to help flood-affected communities adapt and thrive.

Prior to joining AFC, Yasmine worked in management consulting and international development for organizations across the nonprofit and academic sectors, including several assignments with the World Bank Group. While there, she worked on both public and private sector-led initiatives with a strong focus on social impact and sustainability for agricultural and rural communities. She is a certified project manager with extensive expertise in strategic planning, regulatory reforms, institutional capacity development, and analytical research. 

Yasmine holds a  master’s degree in law and development from the University of Manchester.
