Sydney Molaver is a government relations analyst at the American Flood Coalition, where she supports federal outreach and policy efforts to advance flood resilience solutions. She assists with congressional engagement, monitors legislative and federal agency activity, and prepares policy materials that support the coalition’s federal priorities.
Before joining AFC, Sydney served as a government affairs fellow at Ducks Unlimited, supporting federal conservation and wetlands policy initiatives through congressional engagement and policy research. She also has experience conducting water and land management policy field research in international settings, including Tanzania and New Zealand.
Sydney holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from The George Washington University and is completing a master’s degree in environmental and sustainability policy at the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration.
