Lois Paritsky, as a member of the Council for the Town of Ponce Inlet since 2015, and as Vice-Chair of the Town’s Planning Board prior to her current position, recognizes that flooding, sea level rise, and weather are among the most challenging issues facing her residents.
Ms. Paritsky graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Bradley, Peoria, Illinois with a major in Administration of Criminal Justice and a minor in Police Science. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond, TC Williams School of Law in 1981 and has been licensed to practice law in New Jersey since 1981. A founding partner in the law firm of Myers & Pico, P.C., Ms. Paritsky is an experienced trial attorney specializing in a wide range of civil and criminal litigation. In 1992, she was honored by the New Jersey Supreme Court with an appointment to the Committee on Attorney Ethics, where she adjudicated cases involving the conduct of attorneys.
Ms. Paritsky currently serves as the Mayor of Ponce Inlet. Ms. Paritsky is committed to protecting and preserving our environment and resources for future generations.
