Kayla is a Senior Communications Associate at the American Flood Coalition, where she supports strategic communications that elevate the importance of leadership, smart policy, and community-driven solutions to flooding nationwide.
Prior to joining AFC, Kayla worked at Amazon, YouTube, and Google, where she led large-scale content and communications initiatives designed to improve clarity, trust, and engagement with global audiences. With more than a decade of experience across the tech, entertainment, and financial services industries, her background spans content strategy, communications, marketing, sales, and public relations.
Kayla holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a concentration in ethnic studies from Davidson College.
