Josh Dix is the Founder of Hayse Devereaux, a consulting firm specializing in political strategy and navigating complex development approval processes. Prior to his current role, Josh served as Vice President of Advocacy for the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® and a previous agent with Carolina One Real Estate. Dix has been recognized as a leader in the Charleston area, having been named to the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Charleston Class of 2019. Leadership Charleston recognizes and promotes the development of area leaders that are working toward advancement and growth in the region. Prior to his current role, Dix also worked in the office of Congressman Trey Gowdy, House Representative for South Carolina’s 4th District.
