Jillian is a Federal Policy Associate at the American Flood Coalition, where she works to advance resilient flood solutions at the federal level.

Jillian brings a unique blend of policy fluency and operational drive from her previous roles, most recently as an Operations Manager and Policy Associate with Bipartisan Climate Action, where she advised leadership on strategic opportunities for bipartisan legislative collaboration. During her tenure in the position, she analyzed climate legislation, aiming to align policy goals with legislative initiatives. Jillian also has experience with digital communications and strategic planning through a prior political consulting position and two Congressional internships.

Jillian holds bachelor’s degrees in politics & international affairs and urban studies from Furman University.
