Jay Faison is Chairman of the American Flood Coalition. His day job is focused on advancing clean energy policy in Washington D.C. as the founder of ClearPath, a non-profit. Prior to founding ClearPath, Jay was the founder, CEO, and Chairman of SnapAV, the largest supplier in the custom audio video industry. SnapAV has been named to the prestigious INC 500/5000 List, which ranks the fastest growing privately held companies in the US, for four years running and the company’s explosive growth won Jay the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award for the Southeast region.
In 2013 Jay sold SnapAV in order to pursue his passion for philanthropy, donating $165 million to start the ClearPath Foundation. The success of ClearPath led Politico to name Jay one of the top 50 “visionaries transforming American politics” in 2015.
Jay has served on numerous non-profit boards and is active in his community. He is currently a member of the Nuclear Energy Advisory Council and the American Energy Innovation Council.
