Ejita is the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications at the American Flood Coalition, where she leads strategic messaging that shapes the organization’s voice across platforms, sharing stories that highlight the impact of local leadership, smart policy, and community-driven solutions to flooding.
Prior to joining AFC, Ejita served as Vice President at Better Together, a social impact communications agency, where she led national campaigns for nonprofits and advocacy organizations focused on equity, environmental justice, and public health. A passionate advocate for community-centered solutions and climate resilience, she thrives at the intersection of strategy and storytelling — elevating voices, building trust, and moving audiences to action.
Ejita holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Delaware State University.
