Chanda Causer is the Director of Operations at the American Flood Coalition, where she works closely with the leadership team, manages the financial systems, and oversees HR, organizational compliance, and the operations team. 

Prior to joining AFC, Chanda worked in various nonprofit organizations, where she has streamlined financial systems and coached staff on the intersection of performance, people, and culture management. As a career advocate working with local, regional, and national organizations, she is skilled with building consensus among member-structured institutions, including faith-based organizations. She is deeply passionate about creating a transparent environment, rooted in equity, with clear agreements and outcomes.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Johnson & Wales University and a Master of Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
