Gregg J. Pacchiana is a technology-focused construction/real estate executive and consultant. Mr. Pacchiana is the owner and president of Longview Asset Management, a real estate development firm that focuses on adaptive reuse and redevelopment. Mr. Pacchiana also provides construction consulting, expert witness testimony, due diligence, and management services for landowners, developers, banks, bonding companies, and private equity firms.
With over 30 years’ experience, Mr. Pacchiana grew up working in his family-owned construction business. Under Mr. Pacchiana’s leadership, Thalle grew from a regional contractor to a nationally recognized civil construction firm that specializes in complex large-scale projects. Thalle’s expertise includes dam and lock construction, large water and wastewater projects, fiber optic installation, environmental projects, and turnkey site development. Mr. Pacchiana acquired the business from family members in 1999 and sold the business in 2013 to The Tully Group.
After selling Thalle, Mr. Pacchiana was the Chief Operating Officer for Prescient Co., a digital design-build company that specializes in modular, premanufactured multifamily buildings.
Mr. Pacchiana has served on numerous nonprofit organizations, including as board chairman of the Durham Crisis Response Center, as well as Duke School, an independent K-8 school in Durham, North Carolina. Mr. Pacchiana is also an active member of YPO Southern Seven Gold. Mr. Pacchiana lives with his wife, Cindy, in Hillsborough, North Carolina, where they raised five children.

Mr. Pacchiana is a graduate of Villanova University and has a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
