Brittany Ellis is the Executive Assistant at the American Flood Coalition, where she partners strategically with the executive team to manage calendars, coordinate travel and expenses, and optimize administrative processes that advance the organization’s mission.

Brittany brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, ensuring leadership has the information and support needed to make informed decisions and maximize impact. Previously, she served as Operations Manager at the American Petroleum Institute, the primary U.S. trade association representing the oil and natural gas industry, where she supported executive-level administrative work and coordinated operational functions to improve efficiency and internal workflows.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of the District of Columbia.
