Anne Brody is the State Government Relations Director at the American Flood Coalition. Previously, she served as Director of Public Policy and Research at The Council of State Governments Southern Office (CSG South), where she provided strategic vision and guidance to the CSG South policy team, while serving as the primary liaison for CSG South’s International Relations Forum and Women in Leadership Forum.
Previously, Anne worked for The Carter Center — an international organization focused on resolving conflicts, advancing democracy, and preventing disease — where she had the honor of serving former President Jimmy Carter.
Anne earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations and French from Belmont University and a master’s degree in media studies from Georgia State University. In 2024, Anne received the honorific title of Arkansas Traveler, bestowed upon notable individuals who serve as goodwill ambassadors for the state of Arkansas.
