The principles of Windward Marina Group currently manage a substantial portfolio along the Eastern Seaboard which includes wet slips, interior and exterior dry storage racks, marina concierge service facilities, rental and residential properties, and culinary operations.
At St. Augustine Marine Center, Windward leases facilities and provides services to the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP). CBP houses its National Marine Training Center at this Windward property, the only CBP facility of its kind in the U.S. On an annual basis, more than one thousand marine agents from local, national, and global jurisdictions receive training and recertification of skill sets. Our facility provides full refits of yachts up to 100 ft, a full-service prop shop, outboard engine full-service facility, and a painting operation where we are entrusted by the top U.S. boat manufacturers in finishing their production line boats.
Across the Matanzas River from the St. Augustine Marine Center, not only does Windward Marina Group operate a marina with 275 dry storage slips and 80 wet slips, but we are also demonstrating our commitment to being a steward of sustainable placemaking. Our Planned Windward Town, designed by the world-renowned urban planning firm DPZ, will be home to a new urban community that elegantly combines a working waterfront with best in class coastal living.
At nearby Jacksonville Beach Marine, Windward Marina Group operates 350 dry slips, 250 wet slips, 50 lift slips, boat sales, and marine services. We are excited to expand the Windward Lifestyle to Jax Beach by breaking ground on another placemaking project which will provide desirable amenities, catering to the community’s needs, and enhancing our customers’ experiences on the waterfront.
