Mayor Nicholas Tally McColl is a lifelong resident of Dillon, South Carolina. After finishing Dillon High School in 1989, he worked on his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Francis Marion University until graduating in 1993. Upon completion of college, Tally entered the workforce in agriculture sales. He has been through several mergers and is now employed by Bayer Crop Science. He resides in Dillon with his wife Kelly and two children, Parker and Graham. They faithfully attend First Presbyterian Church in Dillon. He has always enjoyed being involved in the local community and was elected to the office of Mayor of the City of Dillon in April of 2023.
