The 100th District is well-acquainted with the realities of sea level rise, land subsidence, and recurrent flooding. We need to act now to address this issue and preserve our community’s way of life. I stand with the [coalition] as they fight to bring federal resources and solutions to the 100th so we can build a better, stronger Virginia.
Robert Bloxom is a member of the Virginia House of Delegates representing the 100th District. He serves on the Transportation, Finance, and Agriculture Chesapeake and Natural Resources Committees. He is also the owner of Bloxom Auto Supply Co. in Mappsville and Shore Tire & Auto in Onley, as well as the owner and operator of Egret Point Seafood Company.
Bloxom currently serves on the Economic Development Authority of Accomack County. Previously, he was a Co-Chair of the Seafood Festival for the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce and served as an elected Director of the Eastern Shore Soil and Water District.
Bloxom received his B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of Richmond.
