Mayor Jeff Winecoff serves the City of Boiling Spring Lakes. As mayor, he represents the City at different events and works with commissioners about the affairs of the city and reviews ordinances, resolutions and other documents as authorized by the Board. Prior to serving as mayor, he was a project and facility manager. Mayor Winecoff is married and has one son, a daughter and three granddaughters. Mayor Winecoff wants to keep resiliency at his top of the list by advancing flood solutions and joining the American Flood Coalition.
