Halff is an employee-owned, full-service national planning, engineering and architecture firm that provides services from 27 offices located throughout the South. Halff, PhD-Eng., PE, and Water Resources has been a Halff core service since this time. Halff has 100 Water Resources and GIS professionals, including 54 Certified Floodplain Managers, who are focused on modeling and mapping of flood risk, and the design of mitigation solutions. In addition, Halff has prepared more than 200 master drainage/stormwater plans and conducted 50 major basin studies.
