Mayor Dylan Rumrell of St. Augustine Beach serves both as Mayor and Commissioner, leveraging a diverse background in real estate development, broadcasting, and public relations. He owns SouthernCross Consulting Group LLC, where his expertise in navigating complex property issues and public affairs is instrumental. Notably, Rumrell played a key role in reviving the Vilano Beach Town Center, securing $5 million in Recovery Zone bonds and creating over 100 jobs. His consulting efforts have also facilitated over $250 million in bonds for various projects. In addition to his consulting work, Rumrell owns Ancient City Brewing and the successful French Fry Heaven in St. Augustine. His previous roles include Senior Project Manager for IGS and Principal at KW Development Services, along with extensive experience in sports broadcasting and media relations. A Flagler College graduate with a degree in communications, Dylan is dedicated to enhancing his community through innovative ideas and effective public service. He is married and a proud father of five.
