Mayor Cynthia Carrasco is a dedicated leader, currently serving her second term as Mayor of the City of Alice, Texas. Bringing over two decades of experience in real estate. Prior to her mayoral role, she served on the Alice City Council for two years and excelled as an LVN from 2001 to 2009. With a strong commitment to community service, Mayor Carrasco has established herself as a pillar of support. Her extensive career in the grocery industry, spanning over 17 years, equipped her with invaluable leadership skills, culminating in a supervisory role overseeing 20 stores in San Antonio. In 2015, Mayor Carrasco founded CC Realty Group LLC, contributing to the growth and development of Alice’s real estate landscape. Her exemplary work in the field earned her the esteemed Realtor of the Year award in 2014 and 2016 from the Alice Echo News-Journal.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Mayor Carrasco actively engages in civic activities. She has held prominent positions within the Alice Board of Realtors, including president, and has been involved in various civic clubs such as the Alice Rotary Club. Additionally, she has served as treasurer for the Aggie Moms’ Club and sat on the Board of Directors for the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors. Mayor Carrasco’s multifaceted contributions continue to enrich and uplift her community.
