Charles Graham was a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, serving District 47, Robeson County. He holds a B.S. from Pembroke State University, an M.Ed. from Appalachian State University, and an Ed. from Lehigh University.
Charles is a lifelong resident of Robeson County and a member of the Lumbee Tribe, raised in the Deep Branch community. He and his wife Norma currently live in Lumberton.
Graham founded Companion Home Care/UniMed and serves as the company’s president. He is a retired educator who worked as a special education teacher and program director from 1978 to 2006.
In his fifth term, Rep. Graham served on the House Committees on Agriculture, Education K-12, Appropriations, Appropriations- Justice and Public Safety, Insurance, Wildlife and State and Local Government.
