As someone who has been personally impacted by flooding, I understand the trauma and devastation it can bring to families and communities. Communities need relief, and I’m proud to work with the Flood Coalition to find realistic solutions for impacted areas.
Cam Crawford was first elected to Horry County Council District 6 in a special election in 2015. In 2016 He was re-elected to a full term and was re-elected again in 2020. Previous to his work on Council, Cam served as a field representative to former U.S. Congressman Henry Brown, who served South Carolina’s 1st Congressional District. Currently, Cam serves on the Executive Committee for the South Carolina Association of Counties and is a board member for the Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments. Cam is a licensed property manager, holds a B.A. from Coastal Carolina University in Political Science & History and also earned an MBA from Webster University in 2010.
