The company entered the disaster recovery market in 2013, immediately following Superstorm Sandy. Armand assisted first with recovery efforts in New Jersey, and went on to subsequent contracts in New York City and ultimately with the state of New York through the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery. The company’s construction management division oversees repair and resiliency measures, while the program management division provides compliance and reporting expertise for disaster recovery grants and contracts.
