Faustine Luo

Program Analyst

Faustine is a Program Analyst at American Flood Coalition, where she supports research and program initiatives across the organization. 

Prior to joining AFC, Faustine worked on the CANSTOREnergy project, an initiative to develop and implement carbon storage and conversion technologies in Canadian cities. Before that, she worked within Toronto Humane Society’s Fundraising and Marketing Department, supporting the animal welfare organization’s programs and donor relations. Faustine has conducted extensive research in the Columbia River Basin, focusing on the Canada-U.S. bilateral relationship in water governance. Her community engagement work was on the renegotiation of the 1961 Columbia River Treaty. 

Faustine holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from University of Toronto, a master’s degree in environmental science and management from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a graduate certificate in sustainability strategies from The New School.
