Luke is the Associate Chief of Staff, where he supports the Office of the Executive Director by project-managing workflow priorities and advising on strategic opportunities. 

Prior to joining AFC, Luke was a senior program coordinator for World Learning. While there, he worked on the youth program exchange team coordinating programs to bring students from South America and the Middle East to study in the United States. Before that, he was a Peace Corps volunteer, serving in Botswana where he focused on youth development and HIV/AIDS education services. 

Luke has bachelor’s degrees in international studies and geography from Miami University and a master’s in political strategy and communication from the University of Kent – Brussels School of International Studies.
