Fair Bluff is a town in Columbus County, North Carolina, United States that was highly impacted by flooding from Hurricane Matthew in 2016 and inundated again by high water by Hurricane Florence in 2018.
The Town of Fair Bluff is represented by Mayor Billy Hammond and is located in the 7th District for the North Carolina Senate, which is represented by Congressman David Rouzer. The Town looks forward to working with the American Flood Coalition in seeking ways to reduce flooding and sea level rise.
