Sea Change Associates focuses on advancing adaptation and community resilience to address increased flooding impacts in both coastal and inland communities.
Working with public, private and nonprofit entities, Sea Change Associates strives to accelerate the implementation of climate adaptation efforts through research and writing, technical assistance and facilitation, program assessment, education, capacity building, problem solving and the development and management of programs. The programs and projects implemented through Sea Change Associates can both help communities address climate impacts and those efforts and experiences can be assessed and transferred to other communities.
Sea Change Associates was founded by David Pomerantz. As an experienced community planner and facilitator, David’s goal is to continue to be a catalyst for the continuing advancement of climate adaptation and the development of more resilient communities.
