Victoria is the Associate Policy Director at the American Flood Coalition. In this role, she informs the AFC’s policy positioning, conducts research, and educates policymakers on behalf of the AFC.
Prior to joining AFC, Victoria worked as a Legislative Analyst at the Massachusetts Municipal Association, where she advocated for cities and towns on issues related to the environment, energy, and transportation. While there, she analyzed many policy proposals on adaptation and resilience, collaborating with local officials to set the Association’s policy agenda and identifying best practices for cities and towns.
Victoria holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and international affairs from Northeastern University.
