Madeleine is a Senior Policy Associate at the American Flood Coalition, where she helps develop and implement the strategic federal policy agenda.

Madeleine previously worked as a research assistant for the Congressional Budget Office, where she provided budgetary and legislative analysis on the National Park Service, customs duties, and sanctions.

Madeleine received a master’s degree in public policy from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wake Forest University.
